This book presents the Gospels of the Bible, extracted from the books of Matthew, Mark, Luke and John, corrected to reflect that Christ was a woman, Judith Christ of Nazareth. The life and teachings of Chirst remain unchanged by this correction. It is hoped that correcting the gender and name of the messenger may make the message more accessible to many, and more illuminating to all. God is correctly referred to here, at times, as our Mother, the Lady, rather that always as our Father, the Lord. Some of the parables told by Christ have been corrected along similar lines, see for example, the Parable of the Prodigal Daughter. Extracts of the Gospels were used to organize the story and moral teachings of Christ, to tell it all linearly one time through, emphasizing the words of Christ herself. Hopefully, this will increase the clarity and power of the moral lessons of Judith Christ for the modern reader.
